Available for a limited time only, The Flavor Escape is filled with delectable dishes that include both new recipes and existing favorites. Starters include Kettle-Cooked Jumbo Shrimp dusted with a choice of spicy Mesquite, Cajun, or Habanero Lime rub, Rip Tide Calamari Rings served with Sweet Red Chili sauce and A Perfect Storm (fried pickles, firecracker shrimp, boneless wings and garlic & parmesan fries with dipping sauces). Stone Crab Soup is brimming with creamy stone crab, corn, celery, carrots and onions. The 8oz Sirloin Steak is grilled to order and topped with garlic, parmesan & herb sauce. Hurricane Ribs are available as a half or full rack; these smoked baby back ribs are served with a choice of original, mango, honey or honey chipotle BBQ sauce. Beachside Chicken consists of a juicy grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed onions, peppers, bacon, melted cheddar and jack cheese, drizzled with Honey Lime sauce. Key West Tilapia is sautéed in garlic, Parmesan & herb sauce and seasoned with a spicy Trifecta rub. All three of these entrees come with a choice of two sides. Offered with one side are two grouper meals: Grouper Tacos with Cajun seasoned crispy grouper with tomatoes, lettuce and Old Bay Aioli on two flour tortillas and Grouper Sliders featuring fried grouper filets with shredded lettuce and tangy Habanero Lime seasoning. Finally, diners can toast each other with a frosty glass of Tropical Delight Sangria.
