Michael S. Rosenbaum Joins American Pacific Mortgage Corporation

Opens Branch Mortgage Office in the Marina District, Downtown San Diego

PRLog - Feb. 28, 2014 - SAN DIEGO -- Michael S. Rosenbaum has joined American Pacific Mortgage Corporation (APM) assuming duties as Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator, opening a new boutique branch office located in the Marina District of Downtown San Diego at the historical Royster Building (419 West G Street San Diego, CA 92101).  The new street level retail office will service surrounding Downtown residents while being strategically located within walking distance of key area real estate firms, providing his team of loan officers and support staff ample room to grow and expand their operations.

The collaboration with APM brings expanded product offerings, most notably the ability to provide financing for condominiums engaged in construction defect litigation, a common concern in Downtown San Diego and other markets.  With a robust array of conventional, government, jumbo and portfolio lending programs, APM is enhancing the boutique residential lending platform that Mr. Rosenbaum’s customers have come to expect through the years.
