PRLog - Feb. 28, 2014 - LOS ANGELES -- It’s Tropic Thunder meets Zero Dark Thirty in the outrageous comedy Zero Dark Dirty, rolling onto VOD March 1 from Green Apple Entertainment.

The film will be available immediately on DirectTV, Dish, Amazon VOD, Blockbuster on Demand, Vudu and Google Play.
The film will also be available on Cox, Comcast, Time Warner, Hulu, iTunes, and dozens of regional cable companies at a later date.
Also slated for April 2014 is an on-demand theatrical release with Tugg.com, a platform that allows audiences to schedule the movies they want to see, when they want to see them at their local theater.
A DVD release will follow in June.
In Zero Dark Dirty …
Rock ‘n’ roll singer Belvis Bash (Lex Lvovsky, Charlie Wilson’s War) is reduced to performing at nursing homes. When recruited by Army Major Hickory (Mark Metcalf, Animal House) to go on the road in Afghanistan, he packs up his guitar and sets out to do his part for the troops.
Upon his arrival he discovers the American Pop Culture Outreach Program, for which he was drafted, isn’t for soldiers … But the Afghan people. Joined by an outrageous, politically incorrect comedian Corey Feldman (The Lost Boys, Stand By Me, The Goonies, Gremlins) and a group of actors, they must win the hearts and minds of the locals. But the Taliban has other plans … And Bash has a new mission.
Also starring Daniel Baldwin (Vampires), Frank Stallone (Rocky I, II & III), Larry Thomas (Seinfeld’s “Soup Nazi”) and ’80s pro wrestler Khosrow Vaziri (WWF’s“The Iron Sheik”).
