President and Executive Producer, Greg Lang, says the event is an open casting call and anyone can participate. Challenging and fun for all fitness levels, the obstacle mission consists of two primary heats: CHARGE for Fun and CHARGE for Glory (http://www.hardcharge.com/info/how-to-charge).

CHARGE for Fun participants are out to achieve a personal goal and complete a challenge, all while TV cameras roll. CHARGE for Fun heats aren’t timed, enabling CHARGERS to take on the course at their own pace and eliminate tougher obstacles if they choose.

“If you’re a tad bit intimidated, that’s okay,” Lang says. “It’s meant to test and push your limits.”

CHARGE for Glory heats are timed, marshaled and filmed for the TV series. Top finishers in each age group receive awards, while the overall winners take home the title of CHARGE Champion and the Championship Truss Trophy.
