SAVANNAH, Ga. - Feb. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Savannah, Ga. — Feb. 28, 2014 — One of the most common reasons often cited for joining the military is for educational benefits. To be considered for the Joe King Scholarship, students must be: a uniformed service member; a first time associate, bachelor or graduate degree seeker; have at least 12 credit hours and a cumulative 2.5 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate) GPA; and submit two letters of recommendation.
