The Institute for Global Ethics Appoints New Board Member

ROCKPORT, Maine - Feb. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- ROCKPORT, Maine – The Institute for Global Ethics announced today the appointment of Tim Brown as a Director of the Institute, effective immediately.

"I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Institute for Global Ethics, by unanimous vote, has approved the recommendation that Tim be appointed as a Director of the Institute," said Paul McAuliffe, Chairman of IGE's Board of Directors. "All of the Board, as well as IGE President and CEO Anthony Gray, are delighted that Tim has joined our Board. He will be a strong member of our team, and we look forward to working with him to extend the reach and impact of the Institute's work."

Mr. Brown is a partner and trader at Bluefin Trading, LLC (www.bluefintrading.com), a proprietary trading firm. In his 11 years in finance, he has garnered experience trading derivatives on fixed income, energy, and soft commodity products. In addition to his career and serving on the IGE Board, Tim is a Board member for his neighborhood association in Connecticut and a student in NYU's part-time MBA program.
