Mr. Russell is also a R. 1:40 Qualified Mediator. Mr. Russell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and maintains offices in both the firm’s Woodbridge and Eatontown, New Jersey locations.

Alyson Leone’s practice includes the representation of a variety of healthcare providers, physician practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and surgical practices. Ms. Leone advises on transactional matters such as the purchase and sale of healthcare entities, joint ventures, shareholder and employment agreements and licensure compliance. Ms. Leone also practices corporate law, including the formation and structure of business entities, negotiating and drafting contracts, stock and asset acquisitions and general corporate counseling.
