Little in Cambridge , Massachusetts , USA. UU . He continued his graduate studies at the School of Management (PAD ) of the University of Piura in Lima, Peru , and also took the Graduate Program in Advanced Management Business School Harvard belonging to Harvard University in Boston. He has also attended a number of courses and conventions in the areas of banking , investment and finance .

He worked at the executive level in the Citibank branch in Lima, holding the positions of chief financial officer and chief financial control. He also served as an investment manager at Citicorp , area of investment banking branch of Citibank in Lima, and the Arab Banco Latinoamericano ( ARLABANK ) .

He was a director and shareholder of the Bank of Commerce and Business Mobile Telecommunications 2000 (sold to Bellsouth , now incorporated in Telefónica of Spain ) . Shareholder was founder and first chairman of the Stock Exchange of Arequipa, and also director of the Lima Stock Exchange .

He was a founding shareholder and chairman of Lan Peru SA , Lan Chile airline partner to , and director and shareholder of Hydro Peru , a company that ran two hydroelectric projects with Norwegian company Statkraft .

He was a founding member of Peru Holding for Tourism, tourism business oriented real estate development that is listed on the Lima Stock Exchange .

He was founder and president of Peruval SAB , the company brokers more important during the economic boom of the 90s in Peru.

In addition, he has represented Bankers Trust in Peru and founding member of the Harvard Alumni Association in Peru. He currently serves as President of ORIENT EXPRESS HOTELS PERU ( Peru OEH SA ), Chairman of PERU RAIL SA , a subsidiary of Peruval Group, Vice President of Peruval CORP SA , Chairman of the Board and President KEY HOLDING CORP FOUNDATION MACHU PICCHU .
