There is an increasing demand from call centres for blending their front and back office activities in order to maximise the effectiveness of customer service staff across the whole enterprise and to achieve significant productivity gains. Separately, the Company is pleased to have entered into a partnership with Curium, a Birmingham-based operations and change management consultancy, as part of eg’s strategy to increase implementation options for its clients. Curium’
Curium will broaden the level of expertise and knowledge of eg’s product suite and implementation methodology in the market.

London launch of eg operational intelligence® V8.0
On Tuesday, 25 March 2014, the Company will host the launch of eg operational intelligence® V8.0, at St Mary Axe in the City of London, for customers and prospects in the financial services sector, industry and investment analysts, and media.
This event, which provides an opportunity for key players to hear updates on, and debate, latest WFO industry issues and trends, will also include:
a case study presentation by an eg client based on their experience of implementing eg’spioneering blended front and back office optimisation solution; and an update on trends in the WFO market from Donna Fluss, Founder of DMG Consulting LLC, the leading call centre and real-time analytics consulting and research firm.
