Kelly Deis of Soundpoint Consulting Earns NACVA Valuation Credential

The name change coincides with the launch of a new website at http//www.soundpointbusinessconsulting.com and the accreditation of company founder, Kelly Deis, as a Certified Valuation Analyst^®.

Over the past 2 years, Turning Point Financial has helped companies in the Puget Sound region grow profitability through financial analysis, operational and strategic recommendations, as well as execution assistance. Kelly, a valuation expert, recently completed the certification process with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts™ (NACVA^®) to earn the Certified Valuation Analyst^® (CVA^®) credential. Kelly also holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and is an (inactive) Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Accountant (CIRA) from the Association of Insolvency Accountants.

The CVA credential is granted only to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuation. “The CVA designation is an indication to the business, professional, and legal communities that recipients have met NACVA’s rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity, and integrity in the field of business valuation, financial consulting, and related consulting disciplines,” stated Parnell Black, MBA, CPA, CVA, Chief Executive Officer of NACVA.
