At the heart of the new Centre is the pharmacy where visitors will find owners David Constinuik and Jennifer Nitsopoulos. Both call St. Catherines home and are passionate about providing a highly personal pharmacy experience to their community. Their “Patient First” focus means they take time to fully understand a new client’s medication needs, liaise with the patient’s doctors to ensure medications are not outdated or duplicated and emphasize client education.
Constinuik is proud to be offering his community a Walk-In Clinic that values efficiency and he tells visitors, “The first thing you’ll notice is how bright and fresh our Walk-In Clinic waiting area is. Our chairs are comfy and there’s a nice big TV, but don’t get too comfortable, you won’t be waiting long!”
In addition to wait times that are remarkably short, Constinuik highlights the quality of care by saying, “Our Walk-In doctors are experienced, local and highly skilled. All have decades of experience as not only doctors but also directors and leaders in emergency rooms around Niagara Region. When you choose Ontario Street Medical Centre you’re seeing a highly trained local doctor very quickly, with no appointment. That’s what we call “Patient Friendly.”
A short biography of each Walk-In Clinic doctor is available on the Centre’s new website www.ontariostreetmedicalcentre.com. The “reader friendly” new website outlines the services offered and an explanation of how Ontario Street Medical Centre is very different than a big box pharmacy.
New visitors are being encouraged to subscribe to the Centre’s health and lifestyle magazine. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 9am - 3pm. To reach the Centre call 905.682.0444 or visit www.ontariostreetmedicalcentre.com
