“As an advocate for a much more cohesive approach to modern fraud and cyber risk threats I am delighted to be a part of a team that is in a position to be able to bridge the gaps that often exists between infosec, audit and fraud risk teams. All too often organisations have silos with multiple teams looking at common threat issues from slightly different angles. By taking a more joined up approach organisations can better understand the risk profiles and operate more efficiently in managing and resolving issues,” says Darren Hodder, Associate Consultant and Fraud Expert.
“All too often fraud is touted as some sort of bogeyman. The security sector’s scaremongering has sold fraud as an unquantifiable issue that cannot be resolved. But with Darren’s depth of experience and our pragmatic approach we can address these issues for those organisations battling fraud head-on. We’re delighted to welcome Darren to the team and believe his expertise in fraud issues and risk management will greatly enhance our existing service offering,” said Louise T. Dunne, Managing Director, Auriga.
