Healthsouth was a Fortune 500 company with over 50,000 employees. Today, Beam is a sought after public speaker in the area of business ethics.
“The prevailing majority of people know right from wrong. They are ethical most of the time. Teaching people right from wrong is not the point. It is the process of training people how to execute the ethical behavior that is critical. Often we have a good game plan, but as a society we fail in the execution of that plan,“ teaches Beam.
He has spoken to over 100 organizations, universities, corporations, associations and civic groups. Some of his clients include Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot, Penn State, University of Texas, University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and Stanford University. Beam was recently featured on www.straighttalktv.com with host Art Levine.
In addition, Beam will be interviewed by Mother Love live on L.A. Talk Radio on the Mother Love Show Wednesday, February 26th at 3:00 pm.
