Cheryl Loeffler named 2013 Top Sales Associate for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty

(February 25, 2014)  Judy Green, President and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty today recognized multi-million producer Cheryl Loeffler (http://cherylloeffler.premiersothebysrealty.com/eng/details) as the company’s top sales associate in the Sarasota market, with 2013 closed sales of $36.9 million. Seven of the luxury international real estate brokerage firm’s top producing associates were also recognized for significant sales. Collectively, the eight individuals achieved a sales volume exceeding $117 million throughout the Sarasota market.

A consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her 20+ year career, Loeffler specializes in exceptional local waterfront properties. She has a background in marketing and finance, and has achieved more than one billion dollars in sales since 1986. Loeffler is a director of Insignia Bank, an active board member of the Asolo Theatre Company, and a trustee of the Ringling College of Art and Design. She supports various nonprofit arts organizations in the Sarasota area, including the Sarasota Film Festival and the Sarasota County Arts Council.

Schemmel has earned distinction as leading the company’s top producing agent team for six consecutive years, 2008-2013. Consistently among the top five percent of Sarasota agents, his team, Schemmel Property Group, is currently ranked among Sarasota’s top agents based on closed sales. He has more than 15 years of executive experience with firms including Arthur Andersen, Andersen Legal, and the Ernst & Young Law Alliance in the USA and Europe. Schemmel has law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law and an accounting degree from the University of Iowa. He is a registered attorney in Florida and Illinois, and is a certificated C.P.A. in the state of Illinois.
