By: It's Personal Enterprises Johnson often speaks candidly and passionately about her own struggles and the manner in which they inspire her to help others. She works feverishly to develop shows that are challenging and empowering. The most recent series — Church Hurt — addressed what Johnson describes as the dysfunctionality in the Church as a whole. She says that the church has lost focus of its true purpose and that has led to the disenfranchisement of the believers within the church structure. Johnson described the series as powerful, informative and enlightening. Although there were critics of the series, many obviously found interest in the topic and the manner in which it was addressed as “Talking2Terri” The show was not mild by any standards, piercing into the guarded realm of denominationalism and tithing as an obligatory act. Johnson has made it extremely clear that she was seeking a truth that traditional religion had failed to produce. Even with the understanding that this would create some powerful enemies, Johnson moved forward inexorably in this series. As the show prepares to move forward, Johnson says that she wants to build on the momentum that was created by the “Church Hurt” series. She says that the next several shows will focus on deliverance and healings as well as proper teaching and the validity of miracles. The upcoming show on Wed. Feb. 26 will be entitled “Your Healing is Here.” Johnson’s company, “It’s Personal Enterprises” No matter what a person may believe concerning the views of Terri Johnson, one thing remains certain — she is committed.
