Super Compact 100 Water Filter System

The new Dal Prete Engineering SUPER COMPACT is the smallest water treatment system in terms of capacity. The system offers all the characteristics and components of other COMPACT systems (one-piece unit, simple installation, no need for special foundation), yet its smaller size makes it perfect for small to medium companies. SUPER COMPACT is fully equipped with a decanter and a filter press, which together dehydrate the sludge, leave it dry to the touch and easy to dispose of. The SUPER COMPACT  is supplied with complete PLC and modem devices for remote technical assistance.

Mini Compact Industrial Waste Water Treatment System

The Dal Prete Engineering Mini COMPACT water treatment system is widely used in the small and medium sized companies operating across various sectors of the industry. We pre-assemble and install all the necessary components of the machine at our headquarters. The treatment systems are designed and manufactured using the latest techniques (in 3D modelling, FEM analysis) to enable exceptional reliability and operation in compliance with environmental regulations.

Maxi Compact 750 Water Filter System

The Dal Prete Engineering Maxi COMPACT plants are widely used in the small and medium sized companies operating across various sectors of the industry.  The plants are designed and manufactured using the latest techniques (in 3D modelling, FEM analysis) to enable exceptional reliability and operation in compliance with environmental regulations.  The overall dimensions allow for easy positioning of the plant both indoors and outdoors. The system is controlled by an industrial PLC display which allows the treatment cycle to be completely autonomous. The plants come complete with CE certification and manuals.

Clarifier Budget Wastewater Filtration SystemThe Clarifier provides a budgeted settling system for clients that process between 10 and 30 gallons per minute of slurry.  The system comes standard with telescoping legs for height adjustments. Optional plate packages and automated sludge purges are available.  On most applications the system will remove 90 to 98% of the solids in the stream continuously with very little maintenance.   Solids are collected in a 1 cubic yard sludge bag that is forkliftable and easy to dispose of.

The Clarifier represents effective and affordable water recycling. Proven technology utilized for over fifty years in difficult wastewater applications has now been engineered specifically for treating and reusing industrial waste water. The system’s unique design allows slurry to quickly settle, ensuring clarified water at high-flow rates. While operating, solids can be automatically purged from the system.
