Sister Mary Martha Hetzler, OP, Joins Catholic Charities of West Tennessee Board of Directors

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Feb. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Catholic Charities of West Tennessee (CCWTN) today announced that Sister Mary Martha Hetzler, OP, has joined its Board of Directors effective immediately.

Sister Mary Martha is a member of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation in Nashville, TN.  She received a BA in Theology from Christendom College in Virginia, a teaching license from Aquinas College in Tennessee and a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. Currently serving as principal at Saint Paul Catholic School in southern Memphis; she has taught and worked in administration for over 10 years in Washington, Virginia, Delaware, and Tennessee.  Sister also speaks at local and national conferences regarding the areas of technology and religious education.

Commenting on the addition of Sister Mary Martha to the Board, Michael D. Allen, President / CEO of Catholic Charities of West Tennessee said, “We welcome Sister Mary Martha to our Board. With two active CCWTN programs underway at St. Paul’s in Whitehaven, we are pleased to have someone on our Board whose everyday work life comes into direct contact with the work of our agency.”
