Elia Nuqul Foundation prepares students for the job market during its 2nd “Hiwaruna” Session

AMMAN, Jordan - Feb. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Elia Nuqul Foundation prepares students for the job market during its 2^nd “Hiwaruna” Session

Amman, Jordan—February 2014—Through its second “Hiwaruna” session, Elia Nuqul Foundation reiterated its commitment to the academic preparation of students as well as enhancing their skills to facilitate their entry into the workforce. The second “Hiwaruna” session operating under the theme ‘Entering Job Market Awareness Session’ hosted Nuqul Group’s Human Resources team which coached the students on the needed skills to enter the job market upon their graduation.

During their assembly, students were requested to compose their first CV which was later discussed and evaluated by Nuqul Group’s Human Resources team. Nicola Billeh, HR Director of Nuqul Group, highlighted all aspects of a successful job interview as well as applying to the right jobs and the general rules and regulations of employment.

Commenting on the occasion, Randi Abdin, the Director of Elia Nuqul Foundation, said, “Students complete their studies with the hope of realizing their dreams and pursuing the right careers. Therefore, it is Elia Nuqul Foundation’s prime concern to ensure the welfare of its students by passing down the needed experience and qualifications for them to succeed. Since it was a key request of our students, we chose this topic which covered many aspects including CV writing and proper conduct during job interviews.”

In order for students to properly apply their acquired skills, some of them were selected for mock interviews to familiarize themselves with the job description, as well as the company and its operations to achieve notable performance.
