Youth Basketball Academy Coming To Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Positive sports environment, hard work and pride forthe game is the message Team Nikos Academy Los Angeles is bringing to the community. A division of Team Nikos Academy, Team Nikos Academy Los Angeles with head coach, Ralph Lawson, will open its doors to youth, ages 8 to 13, providing a positive outlet for developing young athletes. Tryouts for boys, grades 3 to 8, will be held at Hamilton High School, 2955 S. Robertson Blvd., Los Angeles. On Tuesday, March 4th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, tryouts for boys ages 8 to 10 will take place and then on Wednesday, March 5th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, tryouts for boys ages 11 to 13. A free Team Nikos Academy T-shirt will be given to those youth
who have registered.

Team Nikos Academy has been one of the premier basketball academies in Southern California training hundreds of young athletes in the Orange County and Long Beach area. Continuing in the tradition of the Orange County Division, Team Nikos Academy Los Angeles will focus on team play, individual development and the FUNdamentals of the game. Club ball will be limited to four groups with ten youth athletes per group. The academy is open to all youth athletes looking to develop their skills at their age/grade. As our staff is made up of prior basketball players, founded by Steve Williams, we take pride in teaching the necessary fundamentals of the game. So do not miss out on this exciting time.
