The Gala features live music by Craig Thatcher & Nyke Van Wyk, a special guest appearance by Kathy Craine of WFMZ’s Channel 69 News and live and silent auctions. Live auction items include a trip to Anguilla Island (airfare not included), a Digital Billboard Campaign Package valued at $10,000 from Lamar Advertising of Allentown and memorabilia from “The Greatest.” Yes, the live auction will include a boxing glove signed by Muhammad Ali (certificate of authenticity included; minimum bid of $1,500).
Tickets are $95.00/person and include hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine. Anyone purchasing tickets before March 10 will be entered to win a door prize.
The evening is expected to be Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue’s largest fundraiser to date, one that is designed to bolster their sustainability as well as enable them to expand their facility to meet the need of the increasing number of animals in peril.
“We rehabilitate and rehome over 1,000 animals each year,” said founder Lori McCutcheon. “We’re always working on developing new programs and partnerships to save more animals from uncertain fates as well as provide many services to the community. We’re so grateful for the support of our volunteers and sponsors as well as Kathy Craine and Craig Thatcher & Nyke Van Wyke. We just want people to come out, dance and have a good time – and by doing so, save lives.”
Gala sponsors include Hero Sponsor: Lamar Allentown; Rescuer Sponsor: The Morning Call; Advocate Sponsors: Animal Lifeline, CMG of Easton and Susan Bella Jewelry; Friends Sponsors: Critter Corral, Willow Street Photography and the State Theater in Easton. Sponsorships are still available.

About Last Chance Ranch:
Last Chance Ranch (LCR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all volunteer animal rescue group. LCR rescues the old, the young, the injured, neglected, malnourished, abused, and forgotten. We accept all breeds of equines, dogs, cats, and small animals. LCR has joined the ranks of small animal rescue groups and saved at least a few of these "kill shelter" pets from such an undignified ending to their lives.
