RedGorilla Music Fest takes place during one of the most important music weeks of the year. Each year in early March, the city of Austin, TX becomes the music industry’s premier destination, and thousands of fans and industry professionals descend upon Austin to network and check out new talent.
The 2014 RedGorilla Music Fest takes place Tuesday, March 11 through Saturday, March 15 in 11 venues on and around 6th Street; right in the heart of all the action. The event is free to attend and open to the general public.
Over the years, some of the hottest up-and-coming acts in the world have been showcased by RedGorilla Music Fest. As a result, RedGorilla Music Fest has earned a reputation as the “go-to showcase for discovering great new music.”
Prior year musicians have included now-well-known acts like Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Andrew WK and Cage The Elephant.
The Manchester Social Club performs at 7pm on March 15 at The Thirsty Nickel, 326 E. 6th St., Austin.

The band's set list is comprised of songs from their recently released “Soapbox Standards” album. The album, launched in December 2013, charted at #19 on the CMJ Radio Adds Chart in its first week of distribution. It is digitally available for purchase on Itunes and Amazon and in CD-format at the RedGorilla Music Fest show.

The Manchester Social Club (TMSC) is a Pub Rock/Punk band, based in Santa Barbara, CA. Fronted by vocalist and lead guitarist Nate Beck, the band performs in small-to-medium size venues where the band and the fans can easily interact. The band’s songs inspire fans to sing along in anthemic fashion, causing TMSC to be considered a leader in resurrecting the “pub rock” genre. Their current album, “Soapbox Standards” was released December 2013.
