Felony Charges Against Merkatz Dropped

PALM BEACH, Fla. - Feb. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- It was learned that the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office

Has Dropped the Money Laundering, And Organized Scheme To Defraud against David Merkatz.

As A Plea, Merkatz Plead Guilty to A Mere 6 Petty Theft Charges and Adjudication

Was Withheld on All Counts.   In Addition “Merkatz Has A Book Coming Out At The End of 2014, Wrongly Charged A Look At The Legal System.

Merkatz all along said it was a Civil Matter and that an Overzealous Palm Beach

County Cop  arrested him and 2 others for NO reason other that that the Cop Was

Friends with the Locksmith Involved.    Also Arrested was Peter Lomagistro, And

Joshua Levy, They Were Charged With Burglary & Grand Theft.  The Palm Beach County State Attorney DROPPED all Charges against those two.

Merkatz said all along that when a company “Infringes” on a Trademark or Trade Name it Never was a Police matter.  “You Sue Someone”  “You Don’t arrest anyone said Merkatz”  Merkatz Started A Website "Wrongly Charged A Look At The Legal System To Promote The New Release of His Book By The End Of 2014.
