Flipkart chooses Yonyx to channel customer interactions

The multi-year agreement envisions Flipkart creating Yonyx interactive guides to assist its customer support agents in handling several operations processes including product setup, troubleshooting & customer returns.  Tightly integrated with Flipkart’s Oracle Rightnow based environment, Yonyx guides would improve quality & consistency of support offered by thousands of Flipkart’s highly trained support personnel.
