NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Feb. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is pleased to congratulate Sue Podany for being installed as secretary of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® (NBAOR) for 2014. A Balboa Island resident for many years, Sue Podany specializes in the sale of residential properties throughout Orange County, especially Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Corona Del Mar.

“I’m very grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the real estate profession and provide our membership with added value,” notes Podany, who will also be donating her time to serve as chairperson of the Government and Political Affairs committee for NBAOR.

Having served as a member of the Balboa Island Improvement Associations as well as the head docent for the Holiday Home Tour, Podany offers a wealth of insights pertaining to life in the community. Known for her upbeat personality and passion for real estate, she credits her talent for delivering successful closings to her willingness to collaborate with her colleagues on behalf of her clients.

A former president of the LA Chapter of the National Speakers Association, she enjoys giving back to her community through her involvement with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ The Charitable Foundation, and the Adoption Guild of Orange County.
