“The Nationals” pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates. The 2014 award winners were selected from over 800 entries by a panel of eight award-winning building industry professionals. Winners emerged from a painstaking three-day judging process that included evaluation by some of the industry's finest marketing professionals, representing a wide range of disciplines and a geographic cross-section.
Originating in 1982 as the MIRM Awards, the program now known as "The Nationals" sustains the commitment to innovation, imagination and marketing flair that has characterized winners since inception of the competition. "The Nationals" awards ceremony is presented as part of the International Builder's Show, a conference that routinely attracts more than 75,000 building industry professionals. "The Nationals" traditionally draws more than 1,000 attendees.
