This ranking is based on adjusted gross commission income. Bailey’s accomplishments were honored at the company’s annual awards breakfast at the Foundry in Knoxville.

Bailey, a multi-million dollar producer, was also the recipient of a Coldwell Banker designation: the International President’s Premier. This honor is given to real estate professionals who reach 75 units or more. In 2013, Bailey closed a total of 154 transactions, meaning she has assisted 154 clients with buying or selling their homes during the year.

Bailey was recognized last year as the leading Coldwell Banker real estate professional in the state of Tennessee. According to Third Quarter data, she ranked first in overall production, selling units, total units, and listing units.

A native of Clearwater, Florida, Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She moved to Knoxville with her family in 2000. Bailey is assisted by her husband, Chuck, a licensed agent and mortgage broker. They have been married for 26 years and have two college-aged children. Daughter Brittney assists with marketing and social media.

Bailey equates her success to hard work and sensitivity for clients, both buyers and sellers. She strives to have a reputation for being honest and considerate in all dealings with colleagues and clients.
