Brantford Homes Launches Brand New Look to Keep Up With Changing Market

BRANTFORD, Ontario - Feb. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- For six years, Brantford Homes has flourished under its parent brand, RE/MAX, sharing branding and design. However, January marked a major step for the brokerage when it launched a brand new logo and website to help Brantford Homes stand out from the multitude of area competitors.

Jeff Thibodeau, a sales representative and team leader with Brantford Homes, revealed that the change came in response to a lack of connection with the RE/MAX brand. He explained in a blog post, "While we love RE/MAX we just didn’t think the balloon, the big #1 or the traditional red and blue really fit the culture here or our team. The boxes and colours contain a lot of symbolism -– but mostly we love the flexibility the new look provides in helping market our clients homes."

Impressively, the new brand was brainstormed and brought to life entirely in-house. Thibodeau confirmed that his team of Realtors met and shared ideas in front of a good, old-fashioned whiteboard and worked with layout software to generate the final product. Their hope was that the new logo would help Brantford Homes stand out from the hundred other local Realtors under RE/MAX and allow more flexibility in marketing. "It's always important to innovate, engage, and keep up with the changing marketplace," Thibodeau remarked. "We always want to make sure we're providing our clients with the best service possible."

So far, it appears that the new look of Brantford Homes has been an enormous success, which comes as little surprise. The bright, fresh, and easily navigable site design conveys all the simplicity and warmth clients look for in a brokerage. "Everybody's loving it!" said Thibodeau when asked about the feedback he's heard from clients, staff, and community members.
