Don't know what Mardi Gras is all about? No problem, it's basically a huge world wide celebration that happens every year to start the Spring. It really a big deal in New Orleans and most Latin American and European countries. In some countries, like Italy and Argentina, it’s called Carnevale. Mardi Gras is also referred to as "Fat Tuesday" because theoretically its the last day to indulge before Lent sets in. But, everyone can celebrate that start of Spring!
