First Time Buyer is the UK’s first on-the-shelf monthly magazine dedicated to affordable homes and advice on buying a house and getting a great deal. Every year, the popular magazine hosts an exclusive awards ceremony to highlight the very best properties, affordable housing providers and private developers in the UK.
The glamorous event has been called the Oscars of the Housing Industry and celebrates everything from housing providers and legal services to eco-aware development projects. This year, Plumlife have been nominated for three fantastic awards, including Best Urban Regeneration Project and Most Innovative Marketing Campaign.
Plumlife has also been nominated for Affordable Housing Provider of the Year, arguably the most sought after title in the competition. They will be going head to head with a number of other prominent housing groups for the award. But Lisa Westerman, Group head of sales at Plumlife, believes they’ve done enough to be in with a chance.
She said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for Affordable Housing Provider of the Year. With so many fantastic housing providers on the list it is an honour to simply be nominated. Earning a place on the shortlist for the First Time Buyer Readers Awards is an award in itself.
“But through the government’s Help to Buy scheme, we are able to offer some of the most affordable homes, available to buy or rent in the North West and South Yorkshire. With the quality of the properties available and the help of our friendly and expert team, we think we make a great case for Affordable Housing Provider of the Year.”
