Palm Coast, FL- The creators of the new social media app named TALKiT Curtis, Ryan and Gabrielle Ceballos, are proud to announce that they are headquartering in Palm Coast, FL.
"TALKiT is another perfect example of the entrepreneurial energy and talent that exists in Flagler County," stated Helga van Eckert, Executive Director of the Flagler County Department of Economic Opportunity. "As one of our target industries, we are excited about the launch, future growth and new employment opportunities the company will bring to the area."
TALKiT is a new social media application that will soon be available for download in the Apple App Store. The TALKiT app allows users to record up to seven seconds of their voice and ‘post it’ as a status update to share with friends, or privately to a person or group. There will be targeted advertisements on the application, and a select group of advertisers will be chosen to advertise during the soft launch.
“We expect TALKiT to create jobs in the Palm Coast area and contribute to economic development here,” said Ceballos. “We want as many people working as possible and the incorporation of the TALKiT headquarters here will open up a lot of possibilities.
The app is scheduled for a May, 2014 launch and will be open for a soft launch in April. The soft launch will last for one month and will be available to everyone in Florida via the App Store. After April, the app will be available worldwide. Instead of creating text messages, users will have to press the TALKiT icon, record their three to seven second message, and press send to post the "TALKiT". "TALKiT's" will be seen as a post on the newsfeed. TALKiT was developed to allow users of all demographics to be able to utilize the app easily and effectively.
