Spotlite Radio Presents Mark Schall

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Feb. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Based out of Manhattan, NY, Mark Schall, the Sole Proprietor of Mark Schall Coaching, will be a guest on Spotlite Radio.  On Thursday, February 20, 2013 at 3 p.m. EST, Mark will be discussing with his listeners all about who you are at your core, how you show up in the world, and how you can utilize this information powerfully to create the life you want.
By knowing who you are as an individual and knowing the specific kind of contribution you are designed to be in the world, you can begin to create the life you truly desire at a deep level.  Entering the world, humans come with three things: who we are, what we are (which is the set of roles we play and the talents we use in expressing who we are) and the unknown quantity of time on the planet, with which we are supplied to express our contribution into the world.  Through our journey in life,  the degree to which we are aligned with our true purpose is the degree to which we feel happy, satisfied and fulfilled.  Through difficult times and times of joy, we each use our unique bend of four human energies to become more effective in our world.
Mark Schall uses his expertise, and two assessments in helping do determine the scope of work with his clients,  the Taylor Protocols Core Values Index (CVI) assessment and iPEC Coaching's Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment.  The CVI helps people determine the unique contribution they are "wired for" in life and he works with his clients to remove blocks in their lives that tend to hold them back.  By removing the blocks that prevent our happiness and limit our growth, we can determine the actions that we need to take to effect our lives in a positive, fulfilling way, and with the understanding of Core Value nature, these actions become almost effortless.  Mark helps his clients discover who they are at their core.  Knowing who we are at our core helps us see how we can attract everything in our lives that we want.

Mark will also be sharing with his listeners about his ELI assessment, which helps you look at the level of consciousness with which you approach life; therefore revealing what work can be done to shift these levels in a way that you are able to naturally attract to the success you want with significantly less struggle and effort.  Instead of looking at WHAT TO DO to get what we want, Mark helps his clients discover WHO TO BE so that they can naturally attract the lives they want.
