Neal Spencer of Billboard Connection Awarded the Fourth Quarter Focus Award

The ActionCOACH Focus Award was introduced 2009 and is presented to businesses who accomplish outstanding results in their business during a calendar quarter.  This FOCUS Award was presented at the ActionCOACH GrowthCLUB held at ActionCOACH Atlanta on January 10, 2014.

This was the fourth GrowthCLUB, a business planning workshop Neal Spencer has attended.  He believes that combining business education with a solid action plan including accountability calls is what led him to his terrific results in the final quarter of 2013.

Spencer is seasoned marketing executive who began his business 7 years ago.  His business is an advertising and media buying agency headquartered in Atlanta and provides full-service billboard and out-of-home advertising solutions throughout Georgia and the USA.  His specialties include billboards on major streets and highways to transit ads, digital billboards, mobile billboards, mall advertising, wallscapes, building wraps, cinema advertising and many other traditional and cutting edge media options. He works with all of the billboard and outdoor companies in the USA.

The fourth quarter was the best quarter ever for Neal’s business.  He fulfilled key goals by implementing strategies in a direct mail campaign, telemarketing, advanced social media marketing, systematic client follow up and hiring a key employee. He has had a great growth in his business while taking more time off with his family. Most important were the 35% increase in revenue and even a greater increase in profitability.

Neal was amazed by the growth when he implemented his plan from the previous quarter’s GrowthCLUB. “I just followed the plan and spoke regularly with my coach, Russ Young, to keep on track with the plan and to work on the challenges that I faced.  Knowing what we executed during the last quarter worked and provided so much growth, I am certainly looking forward to even more exciting growth this quarter.”
