Three payment plans are available for booking your space in Winsten Park. They are PLC plan (Possession linked payment), CLP plan (Construction linked payment) and DP plan (Down payment). 10% amount for booking is mandatory and within 30 days according to payment plan charges will be applied. Customers choosing DP plan will get 12% assured return per annum (only for office space).
The payment ratio in PLP is 40:30:30, in CLP according to the work is done and in DP 10:85:5 plus will get 12% assured rental per annum. To furnish office, client has to pay some extra charge according to their space. PLC charges are only applicable if client chooses its own location like 1st or 3rd floor. As floor selection location increases charges decreases but in office space from 10th and above floor no charges will be applied.
Lease rent, PLC, etc charges will be calculated as per sq.ft. (1 sq.mt. = 10.764 sq.ft. ). Others charges include covered car parking (not mandatory for executive office), club membership, power backup (Service tax as applicable). Note: in Studio apartment other charges per sq.ft. will be applicable on studio space only.
