Joe Taylor's All Around the World Tour Comes Full Circle to Webster Hall

Singer-songwriter, Joe Taylor to take the stage at an iconic New York City landmark.

NEW YORK - Feb. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- It's been five months since Joe Taylor took the stage for the last time in New York City at The Back Fence, which closed its doors on September 29th of last year. This Tuesday, February 18th, Taylor will be opening up for Ohio’s alternative rock band, Two Cow Garage. Joining him on stage, Tony Tino (bass), Sergio Ortega (electric guitar), and making his debut playing alongside Joe Taylor, is drummer, Shane Considine.

Now back from his mini winter tour, that took the effortless vocal powers of this indie rock/pop artist to such cities such as Austin, Houston, opening up for the alternative indie band, Electric Heights, Los Angeles, performing with drummer, Michael Holowatch at NAMM, the world’s largest trade-only event and making his final stop in the Windy City of Chicago, performing with his band, Frank Lucas (keyboards), Brian T.D. Clark (electric guitar), Barry Kleiber (bass), Chuck White (drums) and special guest, Jovie Calma (singer/TV Host/Journalist) at The Hard Rock Café. Taylor also made a nationally live televised appearance on WGN-TV Chicago’s Midday News. Taylor is no stranger to the iconic venues of New York City. He’s made appearances at CBGB’s, 313 Gallery, The Knitting Factory, The Bitter End, Kenny's Castaway's, The Red Lion, C-Note and The Triad Theatre. His musical travels have also taken him outside the city limits to venues such as House of Blues, The Mandalay Bay Casino, M Resorts, The Tower Theater and The Paramount in Huntington on Long Island, opening up for Rick Springfield.

Bestowed with the title of “Subway Idol” by The New York Times and a video feature on his story of a local musician’s daily trek through the concrete streets and underground cities of New York, Joe Taylor continues to bring his passion for his music to his fans. With two albums under his musical belt, “Anything’s Possible,” produced by Jeff Gross and Matthew Spindel of Red Road Music, and “Try” produced and released independently in 2005, Taylor is back in the recording studio working on new material and will soon be releasing a new music video.

As a continued supporter and volunteer with Musicians On Call, a not-for-profit organization, which recruits volunteer musicians for their Bedside Performance Program, Taylor is compelled to give back through his music, by bringing live, in-room performances to patients undergoing treatment or unable to leave their hospital beds.

Taylor and band will be performing original songs from his CD, “Anything’s Possible.” To hear music from his CD and information on upcoming shows, visit www.joetaylorofficial.com.
