Indian Online Magazine e-Books India Helps Writers to Publish eBooks

e-Books India launches to provide Indian writers with daily tips and advice on how to improve their writing, and how to publish and promote their work, so they can take advantage of the imminent eBooks surge in India.

Feb. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- While the eBooks industry has matured in the West, growth in India so far has been slower. However, as Internet penetration continues to increase, technology advances, and with big retailers such as Amazon.in and Flipkart now selling eBooks across the country, gradually books in digital format are beginning to be accepted in India.

“Not only will the reading of eBooks become more widespread in India over the next 18-24 months, so too will eBook writing through the self-publishing model. Just as writers and authors are empowered to publish their own work using platforms such as Amazon and Kobo in the West, and make money, the same opportunities are now starting to become available to Indian writers, who will be able to get their work in front of global audiences. New self-publishing platforms in India will also start and grow. This will not only mean more exposure for Indian writers, but more eBook sales, too”. These are the views of Hiten Vyas, Founder of e-Books India, which is an online magazine dedicated to writers.

Updated daily, e-Books India provides tips and advice to writers of fiction, non-fiction, and of business writing. Writers are taught how to promote and sell their eBooks. The magazine also provides insights into the eBooks industry, including technology reviews of eBook readers and reading apps. Over the next 6 months, Hiten and his team plan to continue growing the platform into the largest of its kind in India, so that writers across the country can fully take advantage of the opportunities offered by the upcoming explosion of eBooks and self-publishing.
