The new weight loss program at Ultimate Fitness combines personal training, meal prepping for a predetermined weekly meal plan and additional cardiovascular conditioning on days when participants are not working with their trainer.
The goal of the program is to help people develop the habits of healthy, fit people including planning and prepping healthy meals ahead of time, working out above their comfort level, and visiting the gym regularly for a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio training each time.
Each participant is assigned a personal trainer at the NJ gym to work with. Over the 4 week period, the participant will see their trainer twice a week for training sessions and are comitted to returning to the gym an additional 3-4 times to do their cardio. A specific weekly meal plan is given to follow as well.
The program has been providing excellent benefits for those who jumped on board during its initial launch. Participants report losing an average of 3-6 pounds their first week, and then maintaining an additional 2-3 pounds the subsequent weeks.
