Tobi Gordon gutsy choice for cover of New Music Weekly magazine

OKLAHOMA CITY - Feb. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Hollywood-Nashville-New York - Prior to the Country Radio Seminar next week which starts February 19-21st in Music City, the New Music Weekly magazine features Tobi Gordon on its cover.  Ms. Gordon was recently nominated the Female Vocalist Of The Year and also the Breakthrough Artist Of The Year at the magazine by its 56,000 subscribers.

Gordon was a gutsy choice by a major pop magazine in Los Angeles that normally features pop artists.  Ms. Gordon is a Contemporary Christian artist from Oklahoma City and she has had a song in the national charts every week for the past 6 years.  According to the magazine article, she has "dominated" the national charts in the magazine since the release of her #1 single entitled, THE EAGLE.

Microsoft was so impressed with this artist and her songs they promoted her as their "family values" artist last year.  One song "Silver & Gold" from the album was recently nominated for a Hollywood Music & Media Award.  Ms. Gordon's charitable causes have been a focus of her music career.  She supports the hearing impaired and also Cavett's Kids in Oklahoma City.  The charity helps children attend a summer camp each year.
