Palm Beach Gardens Home of Joel & Nancy Hart
According to Fatima NeJame, president and chief executive officer of the world-renowned Palm Beach Photographic Centre, around 60 people attended a special reception on Sunday, January 5, honoring legendary photojournalist David Rubinger, the recipient of this year’s prestigious FOTOmentor Award. The Sunday afternoon reception was held at the Palm Beach Gardens home of Joel and Nancy Hart, who met Mr. Rubinger in Israel last November.
On exhibition through March at the Palm Beach Photographic Centre is David Rubinger: My Eye on Israel. Hailed by former Premier Shimon Peres as “the photographer of the nation in the making,” Mr. Rubinger is widely recognized as the unofficial photographer-
