Introducing Karlie Redd's Beauty, Branding & Business Campaign

ATLANTA - Feb. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Reality Star, Artist and now Beauty Brand, Karlie Redd, of the Vh1 based Reality show, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, introduced her cosmetic line, the Sins and Forgiveness Collection, with a soft launch at Stonecrest Mall in December 2013. The reality star launches the cosmetic line in partnership with Colour U Cosmetics, of which Karen Stallings is the Owner and CEO of the Atlanta based cosmetic company. To aide with the launch, the reality star and her team have brought on Lydia Pierre, Ur Beauty Liaison, as the Brand Manager on the product line to accommodate rapid growth with the line. Lydia’s product, market, and customer expertise is sure to be a winning combination in supporting, and growing the cosmetic lines web and catalog channels. Lydia’s can-do attitude and strategic thinking is exactly what is needed to continue building and expanding the brand and increasing product presence within these customer segments.

Pierre will be working with the Sales and Marketing team members in her new role. She will develop and implement new ways to improve existing Catalog and Web channels, and develop new avenues in which to supply Karlie Redd’s products. This includes establishing business metrics and providing analysis that will be used to measure performance.

Pierre will be responsible for management of the overall brand, beauty industry related appearances, both domestic and international, the success of the cosmetics social media platforms, and product placement.

Starting March 2014, Karlie Redd will introduce her Campaign which will include a live meet-ups to educate entrepreneurs on professionalism in the Beauty and fashion industries, explore and resolve common misconceptions, and inspire the acceptance of the industry as a profession. Industry Experts such as; Hair experts, Designers, and Business Experts are the featured guests for the campaign. Experts will be on-site, offering education, product samples and demonstrations, giveaways and more. The objectives of the Campaign is to uplift others and establish a love for the industries through panel discussions on branding, business and beauty. The Campaign will include an impromptu fashion show featuring attendees with "funky and interesting hairstyles and clothing," as well as a live Q&A with Karlie Redd.
