Andrew Matheson, a successful TMG broker in Atlantic Canada has taken on the additional responsibility of Area Sales Director for Atlantic Region. With a strong background in financial services and a solid understanding of TMG and its culture, Matheson says he excited to be part of the company’s growth in Atlantic Canada.
“I will work closely with our existing brokers to help them develop their business plans to become high-producing agents,” he said. “I know brokers are always looking to align themselves with a company that has good values and a positive, reinforcing culture so I will also be working to bring like minded people together and continue to expand in Eastern Canada.”
In Ontario, Steve Clarke has joined TMG as Director of Sales. Clarke has been in banking and mortgages for more than 10 years and will help grow the Ontario market. “TMG has much to offer – excellent lender relationships, access to all levels of management, a great broker-friendly back office and a corporate culture that puts people first,” he said. “I’m looking forward to meeting our current brokers and continuing our momentum of growth in Ontario.”
Andy Vickers, who recently joined TMG in Victoria, B.C. as a broker, now adds Director of Sales, Vancouver Island to his resume. His experience encompasses both the lender and broker side of the business and he has worked in a franchise model environment.
