The Snell Group Announces Partnership with Comtest (Pty) of Johannesburg, South Africa

Barre, VT, February 10, 2014: The Snell Group is pleased to announce that Comtest (Pty) Limited, and its subsidiary Comtest Distribution (Pty) Limited, of Johannesburg, South Africa is now an official Authorized Snell International Licensee. Comtest will be presenting both Level I – Thermographic Applications courses and Level II – Advanced Infrared Thermography courses throughout Southern Africa.

The partnership is one forged out of a mutual desire to bring world-leading, high-quality infrared training to students residing in Africa. “We’re excited about the training partnership that’s been created with Comtest,” said Jim Fritz, President and CEO of The Snell Group. “We have been working to find the right partner to bring Snell training to Africa and the partnership with Comtest has made that goal a reality.”

The courses will be hosted throughout Southern Africa in conjunction with Comtest qualified infrared thermography instructors. The courses are vendor neutral and are open to anyone interested in infrared thermography regardless of whether or not they own a thermal imager.  The exact course dates are forthcoming from The Snell Group.
