“I am grateful and humbled that the Torrance Chamber of Commerce and GLAAACC chose to honor me during their annual celebration of Black History month,” said Eddie Levert Sr.  “I am thrilled to be sharing the stage with such a distinguished group of African Americans and making my first official appearance in the city where my foundation is located. What a great way to introduce LFSII to the Torrance and Los Angeles communities while also celebrating black history month.”

Mr. Levert will also be an honored guest at American Honda headquarters in Torrance, CA where he will meet employees and speak about the discrimination he encountered and the struggles the O’Jays overcame to become one of the most successful R &B groups in recording history.
