Signature Gives Back To The Community And To Its Team

CHERRY HILL, N.J. - Feb. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- The Signature team has recently returned from attending the prestigious Keys to Success Conference that took place in Dallas, Texas. By all accounts, they learned a lot to bring back to the office with them.

Team members who attended the meeting – hand-selected by the firm’s leadership because of their exceptional performance over the last quarter – were able to take part in some amazing educational sessions, strategic networking, as well as many other first-rate training opportunities. Perhaps the most exciting part of the trip for many team members, though, was the opportunity to meet likeminded people already achieving considerable success within the business world.

In addition to having the opportunity to take advantage of unparalleled training and being able to meet other business leaders, there were many other aspects of the trip that were extremely beneficial to those that were invited to attend. At the top of the list is the opportunity for attendees to enjoy the fact that the conference was company-sponsored, allowing team members to relax while being supported by their employer.

Team members were also able to get a glimpse of how other successful managers lead their teams, in order to attain consistent, measurable success. In addition, they were able to hear guest speakers ranging in leadership methods and backgrounds. One team member said after attending the conference, “Attending the meeting allowed me to see colleagues that have the same education as I do that are already running their own show. This gives me great confidence in my future as a business leader. It is experiences like these that I will take with me, and use to propel myself and my career forward to success.”

The team also got to see their very own CEO, Kenneth Weinraub and company Administrator, Maddy, run meetings in the home improvement division, chairing high level professional discussions. They covered topics including leadership, productivity, and success with those who attended the meetings. “The honor of being invited to speak at a conference like this is tremendous,” commented Ken. “I believe it is testament to the success Signature has achieved and I’m proud to have been chosen.”

He went on to say that, “Sending team members to the Keys to Success Conference is our way of giving back to the team and we look forward to sending even more top leaders to the conference this year.”

The Signature Team Gives Back To The Community

The Signature team recently participated in a number of wonderful charity events and had a fantastic time giving back to the community as a group. As part of the company’s wider commitment to personal development and social responsibility, the team regularly engages in fundraising activities, and endeavors to improve the lives and communities of those around them.

As Kenneth put it, “For Signature, part of realizing success is being able to give back to the community that we serve. Giving back is also a terrific way to unite the team and build the bonds between everyone, which is an important element in an effective, successful team. Serving the community is a great way to build morale and help those in need at the same time. We are able to maintain such strong participation in these events because our very own team members determine what they’re passionate about and then organize events based on those passions. For this reason, we have a strong turnout for charity events every time we hold one.”

This year has been a wonderful year regarding the success of the firm’s charity events and the most successful was Signature’s 6^th Annual Holiday Gala. The event was a success in every way possible. It gave team members the opportunity to give back to the community while spending time with friends and family during the holiday season. More than 1,000 individual attended, including members of the team and their families and friends, making it possible to donate a significant amount of money to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Proceeds for the donations came from 50/50 raffle tickets sold at the event, of which half the money collected was donated to the hospital, allowing the Signature team to give St. Jude over $1200 this year.

Not only does the team get to give back with events like the Holiday Gala but they also get a takeaway from the experience that will stay with them forever as well. One team member said, “Being able to give back to the Cherry Hill community, and the fact that this is important to the company, is one of the many reasons I love working for Signature. It’s great knowing that we can help build the local economy and serve the community.” It is this attitude that makes it possible for the Signature team to succeed in both large and small ways every day. The team looks forward to finding every opportunity to give back to the community again this year.
