The Teen Nation Tour anti-bullying campaign and concert tour is coming to Dallas

The Teen Nation Tour (http://www.teennationtour.com/)
– a year-long anti-bullying campaign and concert tour featuring young recording artists – will perform for about 11,000 students and faculty at 17 Dallas schools over two weeks starting Tues., Feb. 18.
The Dallas Teen Nation Tour (https://www.facebook.com/
wraps up a three-city tour through Texas. The group previously performed in San Antonio and Houston. When the Dallas tour concludes, artists on the Teen Nation Tour will have performed for about 40,000 students, faculty and general public. The tour’s next stop is Little Rock, Ark.
The Teen Nation Tour is a peer-to-peer, 90-minute anti-bullying program free to schools.Students learn about the types of bullying (http://www.teennationtour.com/)
, how to prevent it, where to turn when it occurs, and more.Tour artistsperform Top 40 hits, lecture, and share personal experiences about bullying. On weekends, the group performs public concerts without the anti-bullying message at non-school venues such as malls, theatres, and more.

The Teen Nation Tour started in 2012. The 2014 tour is scheduled to perform at more than 330 school and other venues in about 40 cities, 22 states, and several hundred school districts reaching an estimated half-million people.
