600 Global Welcomes New Assistant Manager to their Management Team!

GLENDALE, Ariz. - Feb. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- February 11th, 2014 was a special day at 600 Global as a new member was promoted into the 600 Global Management Team.  After a little over a year with the company, Eric Bond joined the management ranks as the newest Assistant Manager.

Bond started at 600 Global as an entry level Account Manager in December 2012.  In his time with 600 Global, Bond worked his way up to strategic manager in just under a year getting promoted in February 2014.  Bond notes, “I worked really hard to be able to become part of the management team, but in retrospect it only took me 1 year to get to where I am now, so the hard work definitely paid off fast!”

600 Global prides themselves on their management training program, in which employees start off in an entry level position. The Account Manager role enables the employee to grow and develop into a management role. Throughout the program skills are gained ranging from sales, customer service and public speaking to training, team building and campaign management.  As the newest Assistant Manager, Bond will take on some new responsibilities including: business development, human resources and business finance.  Bond commented, “I think one of the best characteristics anyone in our company can have a great student mentality.  I’m excited to learn new things and expand the skills I’ve already developed.”

When Bond was asked if he had any advice to new or future Account Managers at 600 Global team, he quoted Vince Lombardi by saying, "The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will." Then Bond’ noted, “I didn’t grow this fast because I’m stronger or smarter than anyone, I just knew I would work harder than anyone.”
