Since Maxi’s was established 21 years ago, we’ve always said that our restaurants offer more than just a meal, we offer a food experience. This same philosophy applies to our burgers.
Our patties are 100% pure beef, square in shape and totally unique to Maxi's. In fact, we take such pride in our burgers that they are a licensed product, which means that all our restaurants only carry the official “approved”
To ensure we only serve the best burgers, we always use the freshest ingredients, which include crisp cos lettuce, firm tomatoes, and crunchy gherkins and onions. We also use our unique Maxi’s BBQ Basting which adds to the exact taste and flavour of our burgers, a specific amount of basting is used for each burger, so that it’s suited to any palate but still exclusive to Maxi’s, we also are very specific about the time we flame grill our patties, as well as when we baste. We’ve further mastered the ratio of lean and fat meat to ensure our square patties are just right for the griddle. Before plating the perfect burger, our freshly baked sesame rolls are slightly toasted before serving.
