This caveman diet has proved superior to other diets in terms of body fat, waist circumference and abdominal diameter. Also referred to as the Stone Age diet, it is high in protein and promises you to lose weight without having to cut calories. The diet allows for some cheating when you just start. One can eat what they want for 3 meals a week. Some advocates of this way of eating recommend tea as a healthy drink, although what is mainly drank is water.
