Canto Event Management Makes a Splash with Stryker Event

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Feb. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Scottsdale, Arizona  Canto Event Management just coordinated a major event in the Desert Splash Adventures hangar for Stryker.  Has Canto found a miracle cure for the same old boring reception?  Many seem to think so.

Tasked with producing an exclusive evening for the Stryker Communication Group, Canto started from scratch with the direction of “elegant”, “unique”, and “white”.  From there the idea began to unfold about taking this event to the skies.

Canto produced this event in the hangar at Desert Splash Adventures.  Located at Scottsdale Airport, Desert Splash has an expansive list of tours and charters, however what really catches people by surprise is the option to use the hangar as well.  Stryker was looking for a unique venue to entertain their guests that went beyond a conventional banquet hall setting.  Not only did they want a different setting than a hotel or pool-side event; they wanted something unexpected to offer their guests to supplement their entertainment.  Thus the idea of hosting the party at the hangar was born and guests were offered City Night Light Tours on the Desert Splash amphibious seaplane.

Setting out to make Stryker’s vision a reality, Canto Event Management elegantly transformed the hangar and the “White” theme was carried well throughout the evening.  Floor to ceiling draping with crystal curtain accenting lent to the magic of the night. Contemporary arrangements with a riot of feathers topping off crystal trimmed vases gave way to comfortable conversation pits with white blankets ensuring everyone stayed warm on the January evening.  Everything from furniture to food followed the theme and the entire staff was dressed in white (even the pilot wore a white tuxedo!).  This sophisticated evening brought forth entertainment by The String Angels and even boasted a white tiger cub and baby zebra for photo opportunities.
