Jeff Wallack, Sr. Consultant & Advisor, Commercial Division at RE/MAX Excalibur Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona pioneered the project and completed the pilot just last week. “As a longtime supporter of “the Home Hunter,” it dawned on me that there isn’t a show out there that provides similar quality insights for commercial properties and investors,” Wallack says. “The Phoenix commercial market is continuing to gain momentum - January was one of the busiest months that I’ve seen in recent years, particularly with international investors, like South Americans and Canadians.”
“The Investment Hunter” takes a different approach toward buying and selling real estate by focusing on commercial properties, such as office buildings, multifamily, retail, industrial and land. Similar to the successful local show “The Home Hunter,” the show profiles local real estate professionals with available listings , investors, and potential business opportunities, how-to workshops and financing tips, among many other topics.
Wallack notes that the show is designed with investors, discretionary income holders, small business owners and commercial real estate professionals in mind, but isn’t limited to those already in the commercial sector.
“Those looking to get into investing have so many questions - where do I start, who do I call or what exactly is a conservative investment?” Wallack says. “’The Investment Hunter’ will ease that learning curve and provide viewers the opportunity to truly appreciate and understand the business and give them the necessary tools to maximize their returns.”
Wallack has more than 35 years of experience as a real estate investment advisor. He created and currently leads the commercial real estate division at RE/MAX Excalibur Realty, representing clients in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
