The Blended Feast launches their new website

The Blended Feast is schedule to have their first 2014 community conversation on Friday, January 28 at the University of Minnesota Outreach/Engagement Center (UROC) in Minneapolis.

PRLog - Feb. 11, 2014 - MINNEAPOLIS -- Breaking the silence around “otherness” whether it is bi-racial or multi-racial relationships, rural or urban, poverty or wealth; educated or non-educated the intersections of life bring people together.  We invite you to join us in creating, deepening and sustaining healthy relationships.

Living in our uniqueness should be an easy thing to do.  Yet, for way too many it can be a source of difficulty.  The Blended Feast allows all who come an opportunity to share their story and hear the story of others.  Multi-racial and bi-racial individuals and families face a unique set of issues and challenges.  Others face challenges that are brought about due to social, racial and systemic based.  All are invited to bring their questions, curiosity, real world work challenges and issues.  It is through a spirit of co-discovering, co-learning and co-evolving that allow us all to move into a richer reality.

The Blended Feast invites you to join us in deep meaningful conversation to begin discovering new pathways for our personal and professional lives.  The process of strengthening individual bonds with each other is important.  It includes a sense of knowing each other, trusting one another, respecting one another and mutually benefiting from being together. The Blended Feast creates opportunities to all who want to talk more about the relationships they are in with the hope for each individual to meet their own needs, recognizing, trusting and having confidence in their competence to do so.  You will be engaged with others that ask you to be curious and non-judgmental with generosity of spirit and actions.

The Blended Feast is created to give voice, awareness and opportunity to anyone who seeks to benefit from the richness of all.
